Embroidery FAQ

What is the average turnaround time for embroidered apparel?

Our average order turnaround time is 2 weeks after the items are received. However, if you need your products sooner than that (we understand that things happen), we will do our best to accommodate even the strictest of deadlines.

If you have an order that you need filled immediately and everyone else has turned you away, call us immediately at 715-891-0479. We’d be happy to help.

What kind of thread do you use?

We use Isacord polyester thread, the best rated thread in the industry.

How big can my design be?

The embroidery can be from very small up to 20 inches wide.

Will your embroidery last a long time?

Like all of the products and services we offer, we adhere to the most stringent standards of quality assurance. We mean it when we say we stand by the work we do. For our customers, it means we guarantee the quality of our embroidery services because our products are manufactured using the best equipment in the industry (Toyota) and the best quality materials. The color will hold and outlast the garment.

How do I know you will deliver them on time?

Just because we’re an industry leader doesn’t mean we forgot how crucial customer satisfaction is to our business. We take it into consideration in everything we do, starting with the design process and ending with our excellent customer service, to ensure that our customers’ experiences with us are good ones. Our customers enjoy the accessibility and attention of a local embroidery shop, but with big-name service, dependability, and pricing.

Before accepting an order, we make sure it is something we can accommodate. We will not, under any circumstances, accept an order we cannot fill or whose deadline we cannot meet. By the same token, we’re not the kind of company that runs a nine-to-five operation. We take great pride in our expedient turnaround, and we do not shy away from rolling up our sleeves and putting in extra hours when the occasion calls for it.

Every customer is given a guaranteed delivery deadline before a single item is produced, ensuring that they are never wondering whether or not we’re going to deliver.

Can you embroider my logo?

If you haven’t already noticed, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you need something embroidered, we are the best people for the job. Our team of top-tier artists and designers are more than happy to work with you to make your design feasible. If another company has embroidered a logo in the past, we make it our personal goal to stitch it cleaner, tighter, and better.

What image file types are acceptable?

There are two types of images: raster and vector. Raster images use pixels. The higher number of pixels an image contains, the better resolution it will have; better quality prints. Pixels have a direct effect on the scaling capabilities of an image. The more pixels an image contains, the larger it can be scaled without becoming boxy, or “pixelated.”

Vector images, however, use mathematical calculations between two different points to create geometrical shapes. The process itself uses lines instead of pixels, and because of that, they are infinitely scalable. No matter how large you scale a vector image, it will not lose its quality. When you view a photo on a computer screen, it usually requires a fairly low PPI (Pixels Per Inch) count – around 72, generally. For digital viewing, that’s fine. But when it comes to embroidery or printing, the higher the PPI count, the better. Ideally, we request customers submit artwork at 300 PPI.

VECTOR Formats:

  • AI - Adobe Illustrator
  • EPS - Encapsulated postscript
  • SVG - Scalable Vector Graphics

Raster Formats: Need to by high resolution, 2500px X 2500px or larger.

  • JPG, JPEG - Joint Photographic Experts Group
  • PNG - Portable Network Graphic
  • BMP - Bitmap image file
  • TIFF - Tagged Image File format
  • GIF - Graphics Interchange Format
